Why It's Different
Unlike traditional VCA compressors (like the SSL G-Master Bus Compressor or Ableton Glue Compressor) which use static compression ratios and require external saturation plugins, GlueTube integrates non-linear triode tube saturation directly inside the dynamic gain reduction feedback loop. As gain reduction increases, it automatically generates dynamic 2nd and 3rd order harmonics that warm up transient peaks instead of chopping them off, delivering instant glue and saturation in a single plugin.
